5 days with Winston

Winston came to stay with us on Thursday after meeting Ozzy on a few walks during the week. He spent the morning settling in the house before heading off to pick up max, they both then enjoyed a good run around on Cleadon Hills. Winston followed little max everywhere, we then headed back home for him to have a little sleep. He defiantly had a good sleep once he had finished barking as his snoring was very loud.

On Friday Winston came to visit Echo at Birtley he came for a little wonder about before heading off for an hours walk with Max and Lucky where he sniffed and sniffed around Fulwell Quarry and ran after Max, Friday night Winston enjoyed watching the planes and barking at people go past.

Saturday Winston again travelled with me to Birtley and then head off to South Shields to meet his new found friend max, where he had another run around Cleadon Hills on the morning and on the night he had a short lead walk with his new friend.

Sunday Winston and Ozzy had a little lie in before going for a walk next to the beach. On Sunday night Winston enjoyed his last run around the Academy field with max although I think he may have liked Max a little too much.

Monday Winston’s last day with us he came again to Birtley with Ozzy also this time, where he had lots of sniffs around the trees and run through the fields, he then came back home to have his breakfast before heading back out again to meet Alfie.

Winston is a rescue dog, who isn’t keen on men, therefore as it was the airshow weekend he did very well with all of the different people passing and when out on walks he didn’t bark at anyone and was very good off the lead.
